We would like to inform you of an update regarding our payment policies. Effective immediately, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to all transactions made using credit cards. This fee is to cover the processing costs associated with credit card payments.
However, we are pleased to offer an alternative payment method without any additional charges. If you choose to pay in cash, the 3% credit card fee will be waived, ensuring a more cost-effective and convenient experience for you.
We understand the importance of transparent communication regarding financial matters, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy update, please do not hesitate to reach out to our administration team.

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. In order to be respectful of your fellow customers, please call or text as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hrs will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services or $150, whichever is more.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
